摘要
在分析了传统计算机数控系统布线复杂和维护困难的基础上 ,提出基于PROFIBUS -DP现场总线的计算机数控系统。并结合加工中心 ,给出了该数控系统的现场总线结构 ,总结了该系统在应用中的特点 。
A new CNC system based on PROFIBUS DP is proposed. Combining with the machining center, the structure of the field bus of this CNC system is given, the characteristics of this system in application are concluded, as well as its communication principle is discussed.
