钢卷径向导热率和径向刚度的实验研究

The Experiment study on the radial heat conductivity and the rigidity of the steel coil

本文对钢卷所呈现的各向异性的特性进行了理论分析 ,推导了钢卷的径向导热系数和径向刚度的关系式 ,并通过相应的实验确定了导热比和压缩比在不同情况下的变化曲线 。

The anisotropy characteristic of the coil is analyzed in theory,the formula of the radial thermal conductivity and radial rigidity are educed in this paper.The curves of the thermal conductivity and compression ratio is educed by the correlative experimentation,it provides the basis of the calculating inner temperature field and inner stresses.
