阀式变量泵具有理想的静态流量 压力特性 ,实验发现在高压变量区具有较强的流量脉动甚至脉冲现象。本文通过对各压力阶段的流量特性分析 ,发现变量活塞在调节柱塞排量过程中的非连续性是导致在高压变量区脉动加剧的原因。

Pretty flow pressure characteristics are being realized in the variable displacement pump with valve adjuster.But more violent flow pulse was proved by experiment at the range of higher pressure.The paper analyzes the flow pressure characteristics of the pump,and describes that the non continuity processing of valve adjuster in adjusting virtual displacement is the cause.
