针对现行人工在线校验安全阀存在的校验准确度差、速度慢等问题 ,研制了自动在线安全阀校验整定系统。介绍了系统的总体设计方案和主要功能 ,详细阐述了利用VB实现系统软件的几项关键技术 ,包括串口通信、传感器特性曲线拟合、数据库管理和报表打印。现场应用表明 ,该系统校验整定快速准确 ,测量精度高 ,大大提高了安全阀校验整定过程的科学性、可靠性和安全性。

An auto on line safety valve checking and adjustment system is developed to solve the problems of poor degree of accuracy and slow speedy that exists in the man made system. The whole device scheme and main function are introduced and the key technologies such as the series communication, fitting method of the sensor characteristic curve, databases management and the reports printing are emphasized. Practice has testified that the auto on line safety valve checking and adjustment system is quicker, safer and more accurate and reliable than ever system.
