培养选拔年轻干部需破除论资排辈、求全责备、私心杂念等陈旧观念。培养选拔的途径和措施:一是深化干部人事制度改革,建立富有生机和活力的科学机制;二是加强年轻干部的实践锻炼;三是对年轻干部严格教育和管理,使其健康成长。
In the cultivation and selection of young cadres, it is necessary to get rid of a number of olddated concepts such as the consideration of sequence of seniority, pursuit of perfection with faultfinding and selfishness. The approach and measures for the cultivation and selection of cadres lies in: first, deepening the reform of its system, establishing an energetic and active scientific one; second, reinforcing young cadres' practice and training; third, strengthening young cadres' education and administration so as for them to develop healthily.
