摘要
电化教育是高等院校现代化教学、科研的重要技术手段,由于它在教学活动中以其特有的表现形式,不受时间、空间的限制,对扩大教育规模、缩短教学周期、提高教学质量、降低教育成本有着传统教学无可比拟的作用。近年来,由于科学技术的飞速发展,传统电化教育与网络技术相结合,进一步深化了电化教育的内涵。高新技术在新设备层面上的展示,则对高等院校如何建设一支新型的电化教育技术队伍提出了新的要求。
Multimedia education is an important technical means for modern education and research in colleges and universities because of its peculiar form in teaching activities, which is not restricted by time and space. Its effect on expanding education scale, shortening teaching period, heightening teaching quality and lowering education cost cannot be matched by traditional education. In recent years, because of the rapid development in science and technology, and the combination of traditional multimedia education and internet technique, the content of multimedia education has been further deepened. New Hitech equipment creates a new demand for colleges and universities to establish new technical teams for multimedia education.
