摘要
在加乙醇作为介质球磨(湿磨)条件下,采用6∶1的球料比,240r/min的转速,球磨x(Fe)∶x(Ni)=(100-y):y(原子百分数,y=32,36,50,79)粉末,采用X射线衍射分析方法,研究了球磨产物的相结构变化、晶粒尺寸变化及晶格常数的变化·发现了x(Fe)∶x(Ni)=64∶36粉末在加乙醇介质球磨条件下,Fe在fcc相中的含量随球磨时间的增加先增后减这一新现象,且在整个过程中伴随着晶格常数和晶粒尺寸的变化;对于相同球磨时间不同成分配比的Fe Ni混合粉末,随着粉末中Ni含量的增加,bcc相晶格常数减小,fcc相的晶格常数增大,fcc相中Fe的含量增加,晶粒尺寸减小·
The phase constitution and grain size of ballmilling FeNi powders with alcohol as well as the lattice parameter evolution were investigated by Xray diffraction. The condition of ballmilling was taken as follow: the weight ratio of ball to powder is 6∶1, and the revolving velocity is 240?r/min. It is shown that the Fe concentration in the Ni fcc phase increases with increasing the ballmilling time. The fcc solid solution γ(FeNi) is formed after milling 12?h. The αFe is separated out gradually from the γ(FeNi) phase above milling 18?h. The fcc γ phase becomes pure again Ni after milling 48?h. With further increasing the milling time, the lattice parameter of the αFe phase decreases. With increasing Ni atom fraction in the FeNi mixture meanwhile that of fcc phase increases.
