摘要
基于建立的裂纹转子瞬态响应动力学模型 ,得到了有无裂纹转子的数值仿真解 .分析了裂纹转子的亚谐波共振特性 ;研究了刚度变化、质量偏心以及质量偏心角对裂纹转子瞬态响应的影响 .将小波分析方法引入到裂纹转子时频特性研究中 ,得到了有无裂纹转子的小波时频特性 。
The dynamic equation of the transient response in a cracked rotor system was modelled, the numerical simulation solutions of the uncracked rotor and the cracked rotor were obtained. The subharmonic resonance of the cracked rotor was analyzed. The influence of the stiffness variation, the unbalance and the inhabiting angle on the transient response was investigated. The wavelet analysis algorithm was introduced for the research on the time-frequency feature of the cracked rotor. The wavelet time-frequency features of the cracked rotor and the uncracked rotor were discussed, and the difference between them was presented.
