Concomitant exotropia after operation in 124 cases

目的 探讨影响共同性外斜视术后眼位回退的有关因素。方法 对124例不同类型的共同性外斜视患者术后远期及近期的疗效进行随访并分析。结果 共同性外斜视术后近期与远期治疗率分别是86.29％和79.03％,其中继发性外斜视术后远期复发率最高,具有双眼视功能者治愈率最高,无眼位回退现象。结论 共同性外斜视术后眼位回退与手术原则和设计、双眼单视功能、患者自身因素、术者的技巧及术后反应等诸多因素有关。

Objective To study the related factors affecting the regression of eye pasition on concomitant exotropia after operation. Methods The examination was done over 3-48 months for 124 patients with different types of concomitant exotropia who had heen operated, then their curative effects were analysed. Results The short-term and long-term cure rates of (he 124 cases were 86. 29% and 79.03% respectively. The recurrent rate of regression in secondary exotropia and the cure rate of concomitant exotropia with binocular vision was the hightest. Conclusion The regression of eye position after operation of concomitant exolrupia was related to operational principle, binocular vision, patient's factor, operater' s skill, operative reaction,and so on.
