摘要
于2002年8月至2002年10月,采用连续流水式呼吸仪测定了平均体质量为8.3g的瓦氏黄颡鱼幼体的静止代谢率.在实验水温分别为15℃,18℃,21℃,24℃,27℃和30℃的条件下,该种鱼特殊体质量代谢率M(O2)的平均值分别为102 70,116 76,128 25,144 58,161 89,180 59mg/(kg·h).研究结果表明其特殊体质量代谢率随温度的上升而显著增大.温度(t)与特殊体质量代谢率(M)的回归关系可表达为M=11 33t0 8067.同时研究了温度和代谢率与瓦氏黄颡鱼呼吸频率的关系.
From Autumn, 2002 to October, 2002, the resting metabolic rates of Pelteobagrus vachelli, which weighted 83 g, were measured by Continueflowing respirometers. At the temperature of 15 ℃, 18 ℃, 21 ℃, 24 ℃, 27 ℃ and 30 ℃, the specific metabolic rates of the fish were 10270, 11676, 12825, 14458, 16189 and 18059 mg/(kg·h) respectively. The specific metabolic rate is increased with increasing temperature. Regression equation to describe the relationship between temperature and resting metabolic rate was developed as: M=1133T0806 7. The relationship between temperature, resting metabolic rate and breathe frequency of this fish is also studied.
