摘要
在弱酸性介质中,新洁尔灭与甲基红(MR)、甲基橙(MO)、橙黄(OIV)及金橙G(OG)等酸性单偶氮染料反应,形成离子缔合物,使染料溶液发生明显的褪色作用,其最大褪色波长分别位于525nm,490nm,422nm和472nm处.在聚乙烯醇、TritonX 100等增溶剂存在下,溶液保持清亮.反应具有高灵敏度,摩尔吸光系数(ε)为4 08×105~8 36×105L·mol-1·cm-1,较目前常用的分光光度法高一个数量级以上.标准曲线通过原点,线性关系好,直线范围为0~300μg/L.方法具有良好的选择性,可用于微量新洁尔灭的测定.
In a weak acidic medium, Bromogeramine reacts with methyl red (MR), methyl orange (MO), orange yellow IV (OIV) and orange G (OG) to form the ionassociation complexes, which result in the obvious fading of dye solutions. The maximum fading wavelengths are located at 525 nm, 490 nm, 422 nm and 472 nm, respectively. In the presence of poly(vinyl)alcohol (PVA), Triton X100 etc. solubilization reagents, the solution is clear. The reactions have high sensitivities and the molar absorptivities (ε) are 408×105-836×105 L·mol-1·cm-1, which are over 1 order of magnitude higher than that of spectrophotometric methods in common use. The calibration graphs go through the original spot and linear relations are good, the linear range are 0-300 μg/L. The method has good selectivity and can be applied to the determination of Bromogeramine.
