摘要
介绍了蒙达发电公司的 3号汽轮机组的振动情况 ,通过测试和试验 ,对振动原因作出了具体分析 ,认为由于中压转子热不平衡导致振动。从启动方式上进行了改进 ,提出了降低启动时的蒸汽参数 ,在 2 0 0 0转 /分时增加一个暖机的时间段的改进方案 ,成功的解决了振动问题。依据这一结论 ,在国华准格尔电厂 2号机发生类似的振动后 ,也成功的解决了该机的振动问题 。
The vibration problem existing in the No 3 steam turbine in Mengda power Co.Ltd is introduced.Then the cause of vibration is analyzed and tested.Temporary thermal bow of IP rotor is considered to lead to the fault.The cold start curve is perfected,the steam temperature on turbine start up is decreased and an interval for heat turbine on 2 000r/min is added.The vibration problem is solved successfully.Based on above the conclusion,the vibration problem existing in the No 2 steam turbine in Guohua\|Zhungeer power Co Ltd is solved successfully.The unit had not been overhauled.
