摘要
作者对20钢进行了循环热处理工艺试验,得出该材料的最佳热处理温度为890℃,适宜的循环淬火次数为3次,晶粒可细化到4μm左右。同时,超塑20钢在一定温度下停留60、120和180分钟后晶粒有所长大,但不明显。
By technique test,the authors found that the optimum cyclic heat treating parameters are 890℃ quenching 3 times,the size of the grain could be fined to about 4um. On the other hand for superplastic 20 steel at a certain temperature after holding 60,120 and 180 min respectively the grains have been somewhat growth.
