摘要
本文从固溶处理温度、时间、固溶后冷却方式以及高温时效和自然时效工艺参数等对Zn—Al系ZDA系列四种新型减振降噪(高阻尼)功能合金中具有共析主成分的ZDA1和ZDA2合金的阻尼性能和机械性能的影响及其特征进行了研究。对通过热处理获得高阻尼性能和改善机械性能的机理及热处理过程的固态相变进行了探讨。结果表明,控制固态相变析出相的数量、形状尺寸及其分布,可以充分开发合金的阻尼性能和强韧性。最佳热处理制度的选择,是保证共析相变充分进行、获得微细粒状、相界面易动的(α+β)复相组织的必要手段。
In this paper it was systematically studied that influence of temperature,time and cooling rate during solution and aging treatment on internal friction (Q^(-1)),mechanical properties and microstructures both the ZDA1 and ZDA2 high damping alloys. The results showed that in the range of temperature 275~241℃,time 0.5~Shrs,and cooling rate about 0.24,11.5 and 500℃ per minute,the Q^(-1) and toughness were evidently improved with raising the temperature and cooling rate and with prolonging the duration of solution treatment.
