摘要
对电力企业经营效绩与经营者效绩的分析评价是电力企业管理的迫切需要。利用系统分析的思想和效绩管理的思想 ,将丰富的效绩评价理论、科学合理的评价方法与计算机应用技术相结合 ,通过目标与功能分析、指标与模型探讨、结构与流程设计 ,建立电力企业效绩评价决策支持系统 。
With the further advance of the reform of electricity system, it is the crucial demand to analyze and evaluate the enterprise's and manager's performance in the electricity enterprise. The system of performance evaluation of the enterprise's is complicated. Utilizing the ideas of system analysis and performance management, combining the theory of performance evaluation and scientific methods of evaluation with computer applied technology, and using the analysis of aim and function, the discussion of index and model, and the design of structure and flow, authors established Decision Support System which has been applied in the management in the electricity enterprise.
