型钢轧机摆动升降台传动系统试验研究

Experimental Research of the Elevating Fable for Mill

通过对某厂型钢轧机摆动升降台传动链板断裂原因的试验研究,找出其断裂频繁的主要原因是在升降过程中平衡油缸油压下降过大和各链板受力严重不均。针对这一现象,提出若干改进措施,实践证明,使用寿命大大提高。

In the light of field experiments and research, the main causes of the frequent raptures of the drive link joints in elevating table for section mill are discovered to be the serious unbalanced stress of the link joints and too large fall of the oil pressure in balancing actuator during elevation and subsidence.Measures for improvement have been proposed,and excellent results are obtained.
