摘要
通过分析爆炸焊接过程中复板、基板的运动参数,以复板的倾斜角α为变量,推导了爆炸焊接时射流形成的上临界条件和下临界条件,并以此为依据讨论了实际爆炸焊接工程中复板允许的不平程度。
By analyzing the moving parameters of flyer plate and base plate, the upper limit and lower limit of jet forming are deduced in explosive welding with the slanting angle as a variable.On this basis, the allowed uneven degree of flyer plate is discussed in the actual engineering of explosive welding.
