摘要
通过对524例胆囊结石病患者的5年追踪观察,了解到不论是多发性结石还是孤立性结石,一般临床治疗虽较难以达到排石的效果,但对改善临床症状有一定的疗效。观察结果表明,其中部分患者需要进行手术治疗,对某些患者,采用中西医结合排石疗法,亦有较好的临床效果。
The 5year followup study of 524 cases of cholecystolithiasis shows that,though the general clinical treatment is unable to remove either the multiple stones or the solitary stone,it is effective to a certain extent in improving the clinical symptoms.It is discovered that some patients need the surgical treatment and for some patients,the combined use of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine yield good results.
