摘要
用膨胀法配合金相显微组织分析,测定了50CrMo和70CrNiMoV钢的TTT和CCT图。研究了这两种钢的淬透(硬)性、热处理过热敏感性、回火稳定性、热处理变形及氧化、脱碳倾向等热处理工艺性能。探讨了Ni对脱碳敏感性的影响。研究表明,70CrNiMoV钢的热处理工艺性能好,是制造滚珠丝杆的理想材料。50CrMo钢的抗回火稳定性较差,其他工艺性能尚好。
The TTT and CCT curves of 50CrMo and 70CrNiMoV steels are determined by means of dilatometry and microstructure analysis. The hardenability,overheating sensitivity, temperstability, quenching deformability, oxidation resistibility and decarburization at high temperature of the two steels are studied. The effect of Ni on the decarburization of steel is sought. It is found that the above properties of 70CrNiMoV steel are excellent,and is proper for ball screws manufacturing. All of the properties excepting the temperstability of 50CrMo steel are fine too.
