摘要
本文概述了我国存在的农村环境安全问题及其对公众健康和农业可持续发展产生的不利影响。指出加强农业环境法制建设是解决农村环境安全问题的重要手段 ,并提出了具体的建议。
Environmental security is an important part of national security. This paper summarized the environmental security problem in the rural area and its negative influence on public health and sustainable deve lopment of agriculture. To strengthen legislation construction is an important approach to resolve the Agro environmental security problems. Some specific proposals are also suggested in the paper.
