摘要
本文论述了世界啤酒大麦的贸易状况、国产啤麦的发展机遇和存在问题、云南建立优质啤酒大麦商品基地和发展啤酒工业的优势 ,着重强调了啤酒大麦在云南农业产业结构调整中的作用。
This paper discussed the trade situation in the world, development opportunity and problems of malting barely in China, advantages for establishing commercial base of good malting barley and beer industry in Yunnan Province. It overemphasized the function of malting barely in the structure adjustment in Yunnan agriculture.
