摘要
本文介绍了用电阻加热法对长度为50m、外径为φ60mm的扁钢丝圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧进行热处理时,选择电加热设备和确定工艺参数的基本计算公式。试验结果表明:这种方法能满足弹簧热处理要求,节约投资,简单易行。
This paper deals with the heat treating for a fiat steel wire helical compress spring in length of 50m and outer diameter φ60mm by electrical resistance heating. Some basic formulas for selecting equipment and deciding process parameters are given. The test showed that the electrical resistance heating process can meet technical demands for the spring.
