摘要
研究了真空热处理工艺对4Cr5MoV1Si钢热磨损、热疲劳性能的影响;分析了该材料经真空热处理后的热磨损、热疲劳裂纹的表面形貌及其与常规处理的差异。生产试验结果表明,经真空热处理的铝挤压模具综合性能好,耐热磨损和热疲劳抗力高,模具使用寿命比常规热处理的模具高2~3倍。
The effect of vacuum heat treatment on the hot wear resistance and hot fatigue of steel 4CrSMoV1Si is studied and compared with that of common treated. The surface morphology of hot wear and hot fatigue cracks on the vacuum heat treated samples was analyzed. The production test results showed that aluminum extruding dies treated by vacuum heat treating possess good comprehensive properties, high hot wear resistance and hot fatigue resistance. The service life of the die could be prolonged as 2~3 times as that of common treated.
