摘要
对ZT4钛合金精铸件进行了热等静压试验。提出了合适的热等静压工艺参数为910±10℃×2h,100MPa。结果表明,与退火态相比,铸件组织得到了改善,除拉伸强度稍低外,其冲击韧性、高周光滑拉伸疲劳强度均有明显提高。
The Authors carried out the HIP test in this paper,the results showed that compared with that of annealing condition,excepting σ_b ,the a_k and high cycle fatigue of the ZT4 precise castings are all raised obviously. And the proper parameters of HIP are provided as 910±10℃×2h, 100MPa.
