对新时期民族院校毕业生就业现状的思考

民族院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分 ,在加快少数民族地区经济文化发展和社会进步的伟大事业中发挥着重要的作用。随着我国社会主义市场经济发展和改革开放的不断深入、高校毕业生的大幅增加及大的经济发展放缓的态势 ,民族院校毕业生就业形势日益严峻。本文分析了民族院校毕业生的就业形势并就如何做好民族院校毕业生就业工作提出了建议。

As an important component in the higher education of our country, the nationality schools have played a significant role in accelarating the development of national areas in both economical and cultural aspects, and they also have made great contribution to the social progress there. With the further deepening in extent and scope of the po1icy of reform and door opening and the further maturating of our socia1ist market economy, the graduates from those higher schools have been set in such an awkward situation in their career selecting when the number of graduate students increases on a large scale and the developing tempo becomes slower. And based on the assessment of the advantages and disadvantages in their job seeking, this paper will put forward some suggestions on how to advance the work more efficiently.
