摘要 综述了同种异体排斥反应中MHC抗原提呈、T细胞抗原识别、T细胞激活和分化、T细胞免疫效应等机制的研究进展 ,诱导和维持免疫耐受的机制和方法 ,包括单克隆抗体。 Recent advances in transplantation rejection and tolerance are comprehensively reviewed. The contents include the mechanisms of cell rejection and methods of induction and maintenance transplantation tolerance.
