在新形势下 ,图书馆应顺应时代的发展 ,在流通工作中应重视人员素质、咨询服务、流通统计等方面的工作 ,同时进行多样性流通服务方式 ,满足读者多层次的要求 。

Conforming the development of the new circumstances,the library wants to do well the circulating work,it should attach importance to the personnel quality,the counseling,the statistics in the circulating work.Meanwhile,it also should develop various service to meet the reader’s multiple requests.
