摘要
对45、65Mn、T8和T12四种钢的球化工艺进行了研究。奥氏体化温度和冷却速度是影响球化的两个关键参数。球化工艺对球化效果的影响程度随钢种而定。所得结果对生产中正确选择球化工艺有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,the spheroidizing techniques and technological parameters of four kinds of steels have been studied. It shows that austenizing temperature and cooling rate are two key parameters which affect the carbide spheroidizing. The spheroidizing techniques have also some effects on the carbide spheroidiizing, but they differ in degree according to steels. The results of the study will guide selection of spheroidizing techniques and technological parameters in the production.
