摘要
采用X射线法测定了HT200灰铸铁等离子处理后表面至内部的残余应力及残留奥氏体量。结果表明,相变硬化后的表面层具有很高的残余压应力及大量的残留奥氏体。并指出,残余应力与残留奥氏体量及显微组织有关。
Residual stresses and retained austenite from the surface to the matrix of the gray cast iron HT200 samples after plasma transformation hardening have been studied by means of Xray. The experimental results showed that in the hardened layer there are very high level of residual stress and large quantity retained austenite,the residual stresses are concerned with retained austenite and microstructure.
