Review of the research into the relationship between Wang Wei and Buddhism in the past 20 years in China ( I )

国内王维与佛禅关系研究在上世纪八九十年代出现高潮后,二十多年来呈现出兴旺局面,研究家们在发掘基本资料的基础上,充分发挥创造性思维,进行了多元化、多角度的有益探索。本文收集有关研究成果的线索近90条,从佛禅对王维心态及生活方式的影响、王维诗表现的禅趣禅意和佛理、佛学对王维创作手法的影响、王维对禅宗的反作用、以及佛教对王维诗的消极影响等几个方面加以述评。

Research into the relationship between Wang Wei and Buddhism has flourished for over 20 years in China since its climax in 1980s and 1990s. Based on basic materials, researchers made full use of their creative thinking and conducted beneficial multielement and multiangle research. This paper collects about 90 clues concerning relevant research achievements. It discusses Buddhism' s influence on Wang Wei' s psychology and way of life, Buddhistic flavour expressed in Wang's poems,Buddhism's influence on Wang Wei's means of literary creation and Wang's reaction on Buddhism and Buddhism' s negative influence on Wang s poems.
