摘要
本文在经典的CSI测评方法的基础上,依据CSI测评的内在机理,从质量工程学的角度提出了P—M模糊测度空间的构思,以此空间为背景实现CSI测评。
based on discussing the classical method of testing and evaluating the customer satisfaction index and according to the rule of testing and evaluating the customer satisfaction index in itself, this paper put forward the conceive about the P-M fuzzy measure space from quality engineering and realize the testing in which.
