摘要
研究了延迟淬火对19Mn6钢组织和性能的影响,讨论了19Mn6钢延迟淬火后强度和冲击韧度的变化规律。在此基础上提出了19Mn6钢延迟淬火工艺。该工艺在锅炉汽包和压力容器制造中的推广使用将产生显著的经济效益。
This paper deals with the effect of delay quenching on the structures and properties of steel 19Mn6 and discusses the changing of the strength and impact toughness of steel 19Mn6 after delay quenching. On the above basis,the authors advance the delay quenching technique of steel 19Mn6. It will make remarkable economic benefit in the production of the boiler drum and the pressure containers.
