摘要
由于燃煤锅炉烟气氟化物的低浓度特性,直接采用工业污染源烟气氟化物浓度检测标准方法测定燃煤锅炉烟气氟化物常导致测定结果产生较大的偏差。本文通过试验对造成测定结果偏差的原因进行了系统研究,对气态氟和尘态氟采样方法、采样装置、采样参数和氟化物测量方法等检测程序进行了合理改进,使之较好地适用于燃煤锅炉烟气中低浓度氟化物的准确测定。
Due to the characteristic of low concentration in flue-gas fluoride of coal combustion boiler, the bigger error is caused by directly using the standard monitoring method for the fluoride concentration in flue gas of industrial pollution resource to measure flue-gas fluoride of coal combustion boiler. Based on experiments, the systematic study on the cause for the error of measuring result is carried out, and the monitoring programmers of the sampling methods for gas-phase fluorine and dust-phase fluorine, the sampling equipments, the sampling parameters, the measuring methods for fluoride and so on are reasonably improved to better adapt to accurately measuring low-concentration fluoride in flue gas of coal combustion boiler.
