从安全经济学的观点出发,阐述了安全投资的本质属性。作者利用边际分析理论研究了煤炭企业最佳安全投资的确定方法,建立了最佳安全投资的数学模型,为煤炭企业实现安全投资合理化提供了理论依据。采用边际投资分析技术对矿井通风系统的投资决策进行分析,解决了投资的盲目性,实现了安全投资的定量优化,为煤炭企业获得投资效益的最大化提供了理论依据。

The essence property of safety investment was set forth from the economics standpoint in this paper. The authors studied the method of the best safety investment ascertaining, and established the mathematics model of the best safety investment, and provided the theories basis for the safety investment rationalization of coal enterprises. The investment and decision of mine ventilation system are analyzed by using marginal investment analysis technology, and the blindness problem in investment is solved. The quantitative optimization in safety investment is realized, which provides theoretic foundation for the acquisition of maximum investment benefit in the investment of mining enterprises.
