摘要
进程迁移在集群和分布式系统中发挥着重要的作用。进程迁移算法直接影响着迁移时间,目前流行的几种进程迁移算法的共同问题是迁移时间比较长,文中提出了一种改进的进程迁移算法,该算法借鉴了目前几种算法的优点。在此算法的基础上,设计了一种基于Linux 2.4.0内核的进程迁移机制。实验结果表明:这种迁移机制有效的提高了进程迁移的速度。
Process migration is important in cluster and distributed systems. Migration algorithm decides migration time. A common problem in the prevalent process migration algorithms is the low migration speed. Regarding this problem, the paper presents an improved migration algorithm and designs an original process migration mechanism based on Linux2.4.0 kernel. According to experimental results, the mechanism can effectively improve the speed of process migration.
