摘要
明确指出广东粤华发电有限责任公司5号、6号汽轮机低压缸第三级叶片故障的主要原因为疲劳损伤所导致,为此,对该型叶片进行了动力学分析,利用有限元分析方法对叶片特性进行计算,并在试验台上对叶片特性进行了全面的模态测试,结果表明,这两种方法测试故障叶片的吻合程度很好,为该型叶片的改进和运行提供了有效的技术手段。
In view of the blade fatigue fracture failures on the 3rd stage of LP cylinders of No5 and No6 steam turbines in Guangdong Yuehua Power Co.,Ltd.,a dynamic analysis is made on the blades.The finiteelement analytical method is used to calculate the vibration characteristics of the blades,and an overall model test on the blade properties is made on the test bench.The theoretical and testing methods have proximately identical results,which greatly facilitate the amelioration and operation protection of such blades.
