摘要 在广州造纸厂自备热电站母管主蒸汽压力控制系统的设计中,根据热控系统的结构分析出锅炉各种可能的运行方式,按照能量平衡原则设计母管制运行方式和单元制运行方式下主蒸汽压力的控制逻辑。由于是通过调整锅炉燃烧率来稳定母管主蒸汽压力的,所以详细介绍了母管制运行方式和单元制运行方式下燃烧率控制指令传递函数的计算公式。实际运行情况表明,该控制系统运行良好。 In the design of common header main steam pressure control system for selfsupply cogeneration power station of Guangzhou Paper Mill,various possible running modes of boilers are analyzed based on the configuration of thermal control system.The control logic of main steam pressure in both common header system and unit system modes is designed by energy balance principle.As the common header main steam pressure is stabilized by regulating the boiler combustion rate,the calculating formulas of control instruction transfer function for combustion rate in both modes are detailedly introduced.The control system is of good application results.
