摘要
本文简要分析了电力电子设备功率因数低的主要原因;分别介绍了单相功率因数校正技术(包括传统的PPFC、填谷方式PPFC、电荷泵式PPFC、两级APFC和单级APFC)和三相功率因数校正技术(包括单相PFC、组合式三相PFC电路、单开关PFC电路和六开关PFC电路)的电路原理、特点,并给出了应用电路;最后展望了功率因数校正技术的发展前景。
The reasons of low power factor in the electronic and power equipments are simply analyzed in this paper. Then the circuit principle and characteristic of single-phase power-factor-correction technology(including traditional PPFC、valley PPFC、charge pump PPFC、single-stage APFC and two - stage APFC) and three-phase power - factor - correction technology (including single-phase PFC、 combined three-phase PFC、 single-switch three-phase PFC and six-switch three-phase PFC) are introduced, and the applied circuits are presented. Finally, the future development of power-factor-correction technology is prospected.
