Test and analysis of vibration mutation failure on Forced Fan A of Unit 2 boiler in Zhuhai Power Plant

对一台大型轴流式送风机的振动故障进行了综合分析。在综合变负荷试验和频谱分析结果的基础上,提出了产生振动故障现象的真实原因,为机组的安全稳定运行提供了技术支持。

The vibration fault of a large axialflow forced fan is comprehensively analyzed,and the reason of the fault indicated by integrating the results of varying load test and spectral analysis,thus technically supporting the safe and stable running of the unit.
