摘要
介绍了单管IGBT在直流不可逆调速系统中的应用。对100~700V宽电压变化情况下,采用串联电阻分压方法缩小电压范围,合理地利用了电机的耐过压能力,PWM控制有效地限制了电机工作电流的大小。专用集成PWM控制器SG3525和集成混合型厚膜驱动电路M57962L组成了控制和驱动电路,IGBT采用了过压、过流和过热多种保护措施。
A non-reversible D. C. velocity adjusting system using single module IGBT is introduced. In the case of large change in voltage value, dividing voltage of series resistor reduces the voltage range, and the ability of electromotor tolerant over voltage is used sufficiently. The PWM control restricts effectively the motor current. The IC of SG3525 and M57962L constitutes control and driving circuit. Protecting methods of IGBT in over voltage, over current and over heat are used.
