摘要
介绍了高韧性耐冲击冷作工模具钢(DS钢)的成分特点及其主要性能,并和6CrW2Si,Cr12MoV,5Cr5MoWVSi,6Cr3VSi和YSM钢的强韧性进行了对比。给出了DS钢的最佳热处理工艺、适用范围和一些典型应用实例。
The composition characteristic of high toughness shock-resistant cold tool steel DS and its main mechanical properties were introduced in this paper. And a comparison of strength and toughness of the steel with those of 6CrW2Si,Cr 12MoV, 5CrSMoWVSi, 6Cr3VSi and YSM was made. The optimum heat treatment process, the scope of application and some typical examples of application for the steel DS were also provided.
