摘要
近几年,为了搞活农村经济帮助农民增收,各地纷纷采取措施推动农村土地流转,但事与愿违,土地流动的比率仍然比较低。文章认为制约农村土地流动的主要因素有三个:土地还具有社会保障性质,不能卖;买土地不赚钱,无人买;缺少载体,交易成本高,买卖都不合算。
The factors that limit the circulation of the rural lands are such as the social safeguard of the rural lands so that they must not be sold;no profit to buy lands so that no one wish to buy them;and no profit between seller and buyer without the medium and with the high exchange cost.
