摘要
采用电镜、X射线衍射仪对淬回火后的20Cr11MoVNbNB热强钢,经不同温度长期时效后的组织和性能研究表明:该钢的强度、硬度与时效温度、时间的综合参数P之间具有两段斜率不同的线性关系;该钢的强度、硬度与主要强化相M_(23)C_6、MC的统计平均尺寸(?)_(M_(23)C_6)、(?)_(MC)之间也存在着两段斜率不同的线性关系。
In this paper the microstructures and mechanical properties of 20Cr11MoVNbNB heat resisting steel quenched and tempered as well as after ageing at changing temperatures for long time were studied by means of electronmicrocope,X-ray diffraction, etc. It is proved that two sectional linear relationship with different slopes between the strength,hardness with temperature-time combined parameter P is present. The similar two sectional linear relationship above is also present between the hardness, strength with mean sizes (D_(M23C6).,D_(MC))of main strengthening phases M_(23)C_6,MC in the steel.
