溶胶-凝胶技术及其在涂料工业中的应用

SOL-GEL TECHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION IN COATING INDUSTRY

溶胶-凝胶技术是一种新型材料制备方法,可以用于无机材料,尤其是有机-无机杂化纳米复合材料的制备。其在涂料工业中的应用导致新型涂料和功能涂层不断涌现。对溶胶-凝胶技术的基本原理、用于涂料制作和涂装的具体工艺及此技术在涂料工业中的应用现状进行了比较全面的介绍,指出应该重视和大力研究发展该项技术。

SolGel technology was a new kind of material preparation method to make inorganic,especially organicinorganic hybrid nano material.It led to new type coatings when SG process was applied in coatings making.In this paper,the basic theory of SolGel technology,the technics of paint prepartion and coatings and the applied status in coating industry were presented.It pointed out it should be paid attention to develop.
