首先对招标、投标以及定额、综合价格进行了定义 ,然后从理论和实例两方面分析了输变电市场招标投标与定额及综合价格的关系 。

Firstly,calling for tender,bidding,quota and quotation are defined in this article.Then,the relationship between tenders in the electric power transmision and distribution market and the quota & quotation is analyzed in both theoretical and qractical aspects.The rationality of the quota,as the basis of making the bid,and quotation in the formation of price is elaborated conclusively.
