首先阐述了三电平DC/DC变换器拓扑的推导过程,给出了6种非隔离三电平DC/DC变换器和5种隔离三电平DC/DC变换器拓扑结构;分析了三电平DC/DC变换器中,如何设计滤波电路的参数以提高其动态品质;最后以Buck三电平变换器和Buck-Boost三电平变换器为例。
The most important advantage of the three-level ( Tl ) converter is that the voltage stress of the switches is only the half of the input voltage The development of TI converter topologies and six kinds non-isolated TL converters and five kinds isolated TL converters are given. At the same time, the design of output filter is analyzed in order to improve system dynamic responses performance. In addition, sliding mode control in Buck Tl converter and Buck-Boost TL converter is given as an example of this kind control method in TL converters.
