摘要
本文提出利用已知成分钢料的回火曲线间接标定离子渗氮炉不同位置温度的方法,方便而可靠。用皂沫流计法和修正系数法测定氨气的实际流量,所得结果基本一致,两种方法具有同样的可靠性。提出了用称重法测定丙酮气体流量Q(l/min)的方法,从而准确计算出共渗介质中的C/N原子比,计算式C/N(原子)=2.96×(Q_(CH_3COCH_3)/Q_(NH_3))。
A convenient and reliable method for identifing the true temperature values on different position in ion nitriding furnace has been advanced by using the tempering curve of the steel with certain composition. Two methods for measuring the true volumetric flow rate of NH_3 were studied. One of the methods is using the soap bubble flowmeter,the other is using modified coefficient. Both methods have the same reliabilities. The weighting method is sugguested for measuring the volumetric flow rate Q of CH_3COCH_3 in order to calculate the atom ratio of C and N in penetrating medium in the furnace accurately. The calculating formula is C/N(atom)=2.96×(Q_(NH_3))/(Q_(CH_3COCH_3))
