从人的年龄与寿命去关照历史是一个颇有意义的视角 ,但长期以来却被人们所忽视。本文以寿龄为切入点 ,探讨明代内阁大臣的高寿现象 ,并将明代的阁臣视为一个群体 ,考察其高寿现象的普遍性及这种现象形成的原因 ,包括 :政治格局、君臣关系、阁臣的性格与品质、阁臣的致仕等。全文力图通过对阁臣寿龄及其影响因素的分析 ,揭示中国传统社会政治生活中 。

From the human being's age and life span to research history is an influential perspective, but is neglected for a long time. This passage analyzes the phenomena of longevity of the members of Nei ko in Ming Dynasty by emphasis on age, then looks upon this group as a whole community, reviews the universality and causation of this phenomena, include: political situation, the relationship between emperor and minor, the character and quality of this group,their retiring age and the influence after retired. Through the analysis, it reveals some aspects and problems in Chinese traditional society, which is still attached no important to the people.
