摘要
介绍了GCr15钢渗氮+淬火+冷处理后表面硬化区的硬度梯度及经150、180及195℃不同温度回火后表面硬化区硬度梯度的变化,以及经复合热处理与普通热处理后耐磨性、硬度的比较。探索复合热处理在工业上的应用的前景。
The hardness gradient of.surface hardened zone of steel GCr15 after nitriding+hardening+subzero treatment and the hardness gradient changings of surface hardened zone at different tempering temperatures of 150,180 and 195℃ are introduced in this paper. Moreover the hardness and wear resistance after the combined process are compared with those after normal heat-treatment. Studied the application prospect of the combined process in industry.
