摘要
简要介绍了中国水电厂On call系统的发展历史并分析了其现状 ,提出了基于手机短消息的On call系统 ,并从设计和实现两个方面对系统的组成及工作原理进行了详细介绍。实验表明 ,该On call系统在实时性方面得到了很大的提高 ,并且整个系统的成本低廉 ,因此具有很好的可行性。
The history and status quo of hydropower plant On call system in China is introduced briefly. A new On call system based on mobile telephone short message is proposed. The framework and principle of the system are introduced in detail from design and realization aspects. The test results show that the new On call system is good in real time performance and low in cost. So the system is feasible.
